Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Egham. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Daily responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and resolving issues that may affect cost, quality, or timelines. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met, as well as maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. The Project Manager will also support health and safety compliance on site and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes.


Qualifications



  • Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in construction or related fields.

  • Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Inspection skills for monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with plans and regulations.

  • Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate resources, schedules, and supply chains across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contracts, with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, site teams, and external partners.

  • Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.

  • Relevant professional qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial.

  • Proficiency in project management and construction software tools is an advantage.
