National Transport Manager | Fleet & Compliance Lead (Hybrid)

The Vella Group is seeking a proactive Transport Manager to oversee transport operations, fleet compliance and strategic transport planning across the UK-wide network. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong regulatory knowledge and a track record of delivering safe, efficient vehicle movements.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will develop policies, drive cost improvements and ensure group-wide transport standards while travelling to repair centres as needed. Hybrid working is offered.
