Food Safety QA Pro in Luxury Kitchen Operations

Harrods is seeking a Quality Assurance Operative to support food safety, quality and compliance in our production kitchens at Knightsbridge.

You will work with chefs and operational teams to ensure all food meets safety, legal and quality standards through checks, controls and inspections.

Responsibilities include label room operations, food safety inspections, temperature monitoring, equipment calibration, and assisting with investigations into customer complaints.
