Gü Desserts in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking a passionate Quality Assurance / Food Safety Technician to join our team on the factory floor, ensuring compliance and driving improvements across processes. You will monitor quality and safety standards as part of a collaborative production and engineering group.
You will perform raw material and packaging intake checks, routine quality and temperature checks, and microbiological testing, while managing Certificates of Analysis and non-conformances.
