Evening Product Specialist: Client Support & Training

Aldrich & Co. is seeking a Product Specialist to join the client support team. You will act as the first point of contact during the 5pm–11pm shift, diagnosing queries and ensuring service Levels. You will train users and collaborate with Account Management to drive platform adoption.

Ideal candidates have client-facing experience, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to improve product and customer experience. FinTech environment experience is a plus.
