Night Shift Store Manager: Lead Replenishment & KPI

Sainsbury’s in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations. You will prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves while ensuring safety and a strong customer focus.

Role involves supervising a team, driving KPI performance, and managing disciplinary and scheduling processes. Night shifts run 22:00–08:00, four nights per week, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.
