Nightshift Store Manager – Replenishment & Ops

Sainsbury’s Limited is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations at our Thurrock area store. The role oversees a full shift, ensuring safety and high standards ahead of morning trading, while coaching a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You’ll manage performance, scheduling, and disciplinary processes, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary and the usual benefits associated with store leadership roles.
