Highways Quantity Surveyor – EV & Street Lighting

VolkerHighways in Hoddesdon is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join the ICP & EV team. You will manage costs, maximise recovery, and build strong client and supply-chain relationships on highway projects.

The role requires NEC/JCT contract experience, on-site cost control, and ability to forecast and report CVR, liabilities and variations. A collaborative approach and strong negotiation skills are essential.
