Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Based in the Bedford area, the role offers £30,000 – £40,000 with commission and solid benefits.
You will generate new business through outbound activity, handle 50 calls daily, and aim for 10–15 qualified appointments weekly. Prior packaging/distribution exposure is ideal, but strong outbound experience in other sectors will be considered.
