Deputy Manager, Children’s Home | Lead & Inspire Care

Tudor Employment Agency are recruiting a Deputy Manager for our client in Burton upon Trent, a new and established children’s home. You will lead the team to provide the best care, model positive behaviour and drive high standards of operation.

You will work with the Home Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and a supportive, safe environment for the children. A driving licence is required and flexibility to cover shifts is expected.
