Delivery & Performance Lead — Hybrid Ops Manager

AWD Online is seeking an Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager to lead operational teams through a major transformation and deliver service improvements. You will set priorities, allocate resources and drive delivery against service standards and KPIs, coaching managers to strengthen leadership and accountability.

The role requires hands-on leadership across on-site and remote elements, with a minimum on-site time and flexibility for travel to other offices. Hybrid working is supported.
