Electrical Compliance Contracts Lead (Social Housing)

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Contracts Manager – Electrical Compliance in Hertford on a hybrid basis. You will oversee electrical compliance maintenance across social housing contracts, delivering emergency lighting, PAT testing, lightning protection, height safety and PV maintenance programmes to meet KPI and client expectations.

You will lead supervisors, engineers and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure CDM 2015 and health and safety compliance.
