Stonbury Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our Commercial team in the UK. You will manage all commercial aspects of construction contracts from pre-construction to final accounts, including pricing, budgeting, and client invoicing.
You will negotiate financially with clients, support project delivery with realistic schemes, and handle change control under NEC/JCT/FIDIC frameworks. A company car or £6k allowance is available.
