Strategic Food Category Lead

Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a leading London-based client to recruit an experienced Food Category Manager. You will own a defined portfolio of food categories, developing supplier relationships and driving improvements in cost, product performance and availability.

In this commercially focused role you will use market insight and performance data to strengthen the offering, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver tangible value across pricing, stock and promotions.
