Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator — Hybrid (Coleshill)

The Works is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator for our Coleshill hub near Birmingham. You’ll be the friendly, reliable link between our stores, contractors and internal teams, ensuring requests are progressed, costs are controlled and work is completed to the right standard.

This role focuses on coordinating maintenance, obtaining quotes, placing orders, and monitoring progress while supporting the Central Operations team with admin tasks.
