Coffee Shop Leader: Customer Experience Champion

Dunelm is seeking a hands-on Pausa coffee shop Supervisor to lead a high-energy team in-store. You will own the customer experience, guide daily operations, and inspire staff to deliver joyful service. The role is 30 hours per week with overtime potential.

You’ll focus on guest delight, staff coaching, and delivering consistent service while maintaining store standards and product knowledge. Weekend availability is required.
