Production Shift Manager – Lead Lean, CI (4-on/4-off)

Warburtons Enfield Bakery is seeking a Production Shift Manager to own shift performance, lead from the front and deliver safe, efficient, on-time production. You’ll drive Lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives, coach teams, and uphold quality and safety standards across a 4 on / 4 off, days and nights schedule.

You’ll partner with operations to plan production, monitor equipment and KPI targets, and develop talent in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
