Food Factory Ops Lead – Safety & Quality

Glanbia in Middlesbrough, UK is seeking an Operations Lead Level (OLL) to manage an area of the factory, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will oversee 5S housekeeping, risk assessments, SOP creation and day-to-day operational diagnosis, while monitoring KPIs including OEE, yield, and EHS compliance.

You will lead safety culture initiatives, deliver training to line teams, and coordinate production rotas and inventory controls.
