Customer Relationship Specialist – Dealership

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Specialist to join the Marketing & Sales Operations team at a leading automotive OEM. This role is based at the production plant in Brentwood, Essex, and is a long‑term rolling contract position.

Key responsibilities:

• Excellent understanding of IT systems.
• Experience with dealer management systems.
• Coordinate website and support manager requests.
• Integrate with other dealerships and markets.
• Implement new IT systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Address and resolve website issues.
• Work with databases and understand roadmap items.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, manage market rates and assist with website/database.
• Support new business leads.
• Generate reports from systems.

Required skills:

• IT knowledge.
• Degree not essential.
• Report interpretation and validation.

Base 37.5 hours per week with overtime available at premium rates after 12 weeks.

Location: Brentwood, Essex, South East Region, UK.
