Senior Quantity Surveyor | Lead Cost & Contracts (Hybrid)

AtkinsRéalis in the North East seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a range of education, defence, industrial and retail projects. You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure targets, manage risk and maintain robust cost controls.

You will apply pre and post contract expertise (JCT, NEC), supervise junior staff, and collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to optimise value and meet budget.
