Lead Analyst, Housing & Planning Research (12-Month)

GMCA is seeking a Lead Analyst to cover a 12-month maternity leave, based in Greater Manchester with a hybrid working pattern. The role focuses on housing research, building the evidence base for supply, support and standards under the Housing First programme, and collaborating with the Place Directorate.

You will perform mixed methods analysis, eval experience preferred, and present findings to diverse audiences while contributing to policy-informed insight.
