Fleet Manager: Lead 550+ Vehicle Operations (DVSA)

Talent Connect Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a 550+ vehicle fleet from our Bognor Regis head office. You will ensure safety, DVSA compliance and high vehicle availability while coordinating with internal teams.

The role offers £50,000 per year, probation-based increase, and a broad benefits package including pension, health insurance and discounts. The position requires CPC licence and proven fleet management experience.
