TeamSport, the UK’s No.1 indoor karting business, seeks an experienced Area Manager to lead four sites (scaling to six within six months). You will coach General Managers, drive commercial performance and uphold safety and guest experience across the region.
Based centrally in North London/Essex with regular travel, you will manage wage control, rosters and escalations while supporting initiatives from the Support Centre in a fast-paced leisure environment.
