Healthcare Operations Manager — NHS Partnerships

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Plymouth is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Plymouth CES Service Centre. You will be responsible for the overall management of operational performance, contract delivery and P&L, while leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent service for service users.

You will work closely with NHS partners to ensure outcomes and quality standards are met, driving efficiencies in cost, delivery and revenue.
