Building Services Manager – Secure Sector MEP Lead

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager to take ownership of MEP delivery on a major secured project in the North West. The role splits roughly 50% on site in Liverpool and 50% in the office, offering close collaboration with the project team and subcontractors to maintain programme and standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven Building Services/MEP leadership on complex projects, with strong subcontractor management and a valid EL1/SC clearance.
