Hybrid Customer Operations Leader

Macphie UK in Glenbervie, Aberdeenshire, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our B2B customer operations across the UK, Europe and international markets. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic development with day-to-day service delivery.

You will coach the Customer Service team, manage workload, oversee order management and OTIF, handle escalations, and work with Supply Chain, Commercial and other functions to drive proactive, data-led improvements.
