Job Description:
Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader to manage a customer service team on-site. The role starts 26th October 2026 and is a permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am–9pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10am–5pm on Sunday.
You will coach and lead staff to deliver a simply brilliant customer experience, meeting operational targets while maintaining a positive team culture. Prior contact centre leadership is highly desirable.
