Campus Endpoint Support Lead — IT Ops & Mentorship

Academia Ltd t/a Smartdesc is seeking an Endpoint Support Team Lead on an onsite campus in Cardiff. You will lead Level 1/2 support delivery, coordinate workloads, and provide hands-on escalation support across endpoint management, Intune, and deployment projects within a university setting.

You will coach engineers, ensure SLAs, and work with stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and security compliance.
