Operations Leader – Social Housing Repairs & Services

United Infrastructure Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Responsive Repairs services across our Social Infrastructure Division in the UK. You will be responsible for four social housing contracts worth approximately £20m per annum, overseeing responsive repairs, disrepair, voids, damp & mould, and planned maintenance.

You will ensure safety, satisfaction, and contract performance while guiding teams and subcontractors.
