Account Manager

You are the daily operational link between the client and Growth OS. You manage the communication of weekly learning loops to clients, cross-module coordination, and alignment between client expectations and system outputs. Not account management – system operations on the client side.

What you’ll operate:

• Weekly learning loop communication to clients – insights, actions, and results
• Cross-module coordination: ensuring all teams deliver in sync for each client
• Client expectation management and alignment with system outputs
• Operational issue escalation and resolution

What the system requires:

• 3+ years in account management, client services, or growth marketing
• Strong communication skills – you translate system outputs into client language
• Cross-functional coordination experience across marketing, data, and creative teams
• You manage the client relationship as a system, not a to-do list.
