Overnight Store Manager – Night Shift Leader

Sainsbury’s in Bolton is seeking a nightshift manager to lead an overnight team, delivering replenishment and store operations. You’ll prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked, with responsibility for the full shift and colleague safety.

The role emphasises coaching, KPI monitoring, and handling employee relations, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary. You’ll work 22:00–08:00 four nights per week, maintaining morning standards and serving customers.
