PPM Administrator: Maintenance Planning & Compliance

Corrigenda Group Limited is recruiting for a PPM Administrator at the University of Portsmouth. This full-time role at Halpern House, UoP supports planning, coordination and administration of Planned Preventative Maintenance across Gas, Mechanical, Fire and Security disciplines.

You will manage PPM workflows in Planon, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, ensure documentation and certification are uploaded accurately, and support reporting and client communications.
