Senior Facilities & Contract Manager – Hard FM Delivery

QuickSource Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of maintenance contracts in West London.

You will manage client relationships, ensure service delivery, and drive commercial development while coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to meet KPIs, SLAs and compliance. The role covers mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing service delivery, with opportunities to improve contracts and retain clients.
