Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer to support their dynamic Team. Based at One Avenue Road, Aston, Birmingham, you will lead quality assurance activities and drive service improvement to protect and promote the welfare of children.
You will monitor compliance with statutory guidance, identify development needs, support practitioners with coaching, and help prepare for Ofsted inspections.
