ODIN Childcare is seeking an experienced Early Years Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of nursery settings and travel between sites. The role focuses on operational performance, quality, compliance, and commercial success across a dispersed group of nurseries.
You will lead Nursery Managers, monitor EYFS/Ofsted compliance, drive occupancy and revenue, and develop effective improvement plans while ensuring high standards of education and care.
