South London Hybrid Planning Officer (Contract)

Osborne Richardson is recruiting on behalf of a South London Local Authority for an experienced Planning Officer on a contract basis.

You will manage your own large and varied caseload of minor and householder applications. The role is based in South East London with a hybrid working arrangement—office twice a week.

Pay is £32.40 per hour umbrella and the contract is initially 16 weeks with potential for extension; it is IR35.
