Shift Supervisor – Flexible Hours & Retail Perks

Greggs in Exmouth is hiring a Shift Manager to join our team and lead daily operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivating the team, and ensuring excellent customer service across in-store and online channels.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers efficiently, preparing products, managing ovens, and keeping displays well-stocked and presentable. Prior supervisory experience is valued.
