Hybrid AI Product Manager: Build & Ship Customer Experience

Zopa Bank is seeking a product-minded engineer to build customer experiences with agentic AI. You’ll prototype ideas, design evals, and ship end-to-end experiences directly in the codebase, often via prompts and tools rather than new services.

You’ll work in a small, autonomous team, collaborating with Risk and Compliance to improve customer outcomes while balancing cost and latency. The role is hybrid, based in London, with optional international remote days.
