Job Description:
Divcare’s Charnwood Care Home in Nottingham seeks an experienced Unit Manager to lead the dementia unit, provide RMN clinical leadership, oversee assessment, care planning, and MDT coordination, ensuring person-centred, trauma-informed care.
You will deputise for the Registered Manager, supervise nurses and care staff, drive IPC, DoLS/MCA processes, and strive for continuous improvement aligned to CQC standards and NICE guidance.
