Pulse is seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join the South London pharmacy team in a specialist mental health setting. You will support ward-based medicines management, ensure safe use of medicines and work with pharmacists and nursing teams to optimise patient outcomes.
You will perform ACT duties where appropriate, carry out medicines reconciliation, and contribute to audits and service improvements.
