Talking Therapies Care Navigator

East London NHS Foundation Trust’s Talking Therapies service invites an experienced clinician to help service users navigate referral, treatment and discharge smoothly. You will work to ensure easy entry to and seamless transitions between services for people with complex needs, collaborating with multiple teams.

The post is Band 6, 12-month fixed-term, full-time (37.5 hours per week). Part-time job-share opportunities are available for existing staff depending on interest.
