Lead Health Visitor (Band 6) – 0–5 Public Health

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Band 6 Health Visitor (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) for Wiltshire Children’s Community Services, based in Trowbridge. You will lead the health visiting service for 0–5s, assess needs, and deliver the Healthy Child Programme across Wiltshire.

You will work with families to promote health, prevent ill health, and safeguard children, while collaborating with partner agencies and maintaining strong professional networks.
