Lead Nurse – Same Day Emergency Care (Band 6)

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust in Bournemouth is seeking a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse for the Medical Same Day Emergency Care. The role is Band 6, part-time 31.5 hours per week, covering a shift pattern including weekdays, some late shifts until 22.00, and weekends on a shared rota.

You will lead a designated team, oversee training and appraisals, manage patient flow in the clinic, and respond to emergencies with confidence.
