Senior Casualty Claims Specialist – Flexible – Glasgow

Davies is seeking a Senior Claims Handler to join our Casualty team in Glasgow. You will manage technically complex and high-profile property and/or liability claims, support team development, and mentor colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

You will deputise for the Team Leader, coach new staff on technical processes and soft skills, and drive improvements in customer experience while maintaining strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
