People & Culture Officer: Employee Experience & Data

FAIRR Initiative is seeking an experienced People & Culture Officer to optimise the employee experience within a cross-functional Foundation team in the UK. The role combines People Operations, data analytics and recruitment to support a growing organisation focused on transforming the global food system.

You will manage HR data, lead processes across GDPR compliance, LMS delivery, talent acquisition and employee relations, while coordinating events and internal communications.
