Job Description:
Nottingham City Council is seeking a dedicated SEND Caseworker to join the children’s services team. You will coordinate Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and reviews, working closely with families, schools, health professionals and partner agencies.
Hybrid working, full-time and permanent. You will monitor statutory timescales, maintain compliant EHC plans, and provide advice and support to families and professionals to secure positive outcomes for children and young people.
