Commercial Property – Nottingham NQ-4 PQE

A leading independent law firm based in Nottingham is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The ideal candidate will be between NQ and 4 years PQE

Working as part of the Property Team, you will have direct access to clients and play a hands-on role in advising on projects from initial instruction through to completion, spanning a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial acquisitions & disposals
• Commercial & residential development projects
• Commercial property leases
• Reorganisations
• Banking & security
• Landlord and tenant advice.
• Efficiently dealing with enquiries.
• Managing your own caseload.
