New Opportunity: Commercial Property Locum / FTC – Sussex

We’re currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team in Sussex.

Start: Mid-June.

Initial term: 6 months (with strong potential to extend up to 12 months).

Contract options: Locum/consultant or fixed-term employment.

Flexibility: Full-time or part-time considered.

The role:

• Varied commercial property caseload
• Hybrid working available
• Collaborative, well-established team

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx professional
• Strong commercial property experience
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Working pattern:

Hybrid from the outset, with some office time required initially to support onboarding and team integration.

There is also potential for a longer-term, part-time position beyond the initial contract for the right individual.
