Senior Parking Operations Leader

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Senior Supervisor in Parking to lead day‑to‑day parking and enforcement across the borough. You’ll manage frontline teams, ensure compliance with legislation and local policies, and deliver a high‑quality service for residents, businesses and visitors.

The role requires substantial supervisory experience, contract management, site visits, and the ability to work some weekends, evenings and public holidays as needed to keep streets safe and accessible.
