Post-Completion Customer Experience Manager — Bonus Eligible

Miller Homes Limited is recruiting a Customer Support Manager for the South Midlands region, ideally based around the Bedfordshire area, to manage the customer experience post completion and oversee inspection work to ensure quality across Miller Homes sites.

You will own the post-completion journey, apply the New Homes Quality Code and NHBC guidelines, communicate clearly with customers and contractors, and drive timely remedial actions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
